SERVICE INFORMATION

·        Our services are available in Hurghada: Gouna, Sahl Hashish, and Makady Bay.

·        The car doesn't wait for the client after reaching the destination to take him/her back, or to another destination;
he/she should call our call center again to make another transfer, however, the client may make reservations for his/her planned trips up to one day ahead.

·        According to traffic regulations, the vehicle can carry up to four passengers.

·        Our Call center takes orders from the client, and then it gives the instructions to the driver. The drivers are not allowed to take the destinations directly from the client.

·        First transfer, can be made even before the client possesses a card. Just one call to our toll free number to ask for a card and it will be delivered to the client his/her first transfer. Payment will be made to the driver.

·        The card should be handed over to the driver at the beginning of your trip, and it will be given back to you at the end of it.

·        Transfers to and from Airports are not included in our service.

·        Tipping, and extra payments are totally prohibited to our drivers.

·        Smoking is banned in our cars.

·        You are allowed to carry luggage up to 50 Kg. No flammable substances, chemicals, wet luggage, nor edged objects are allowed. Fragile luggage could be loaded but on the responsibility of the client.

·        If the driver waits for the client for 5 minutes, and the client doesn't show, this will be a no-show and the car could move to another location. The client will have to call us again for another pick up.

·        If the client doesn't show for two times, the card will be blocked, and he/she will have to buy a new card.

·        In case of card loss, a re-issuance is available for 10 Euros to continue the service through the remaining days of the week that has already started through the lost card, or if preferred, the client may buy a new card.
